Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Please refer to the individual product description for estimated production times.
Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Partners
We ship all orders via Shipentegra to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping destination and order value.
Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For shipments to the United States, RIMOSSA Jewelry covers all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. For shipments to other countries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Period
We accept eligible returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized jewelry
- Custom-made jewelry
- Engraved items
- Made-to-order products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons unless faulty)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing rimossajewelry@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long period, or the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost, please contact us.
Once the carrier confirms the shipment has been lost, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Issue a full refund.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
