At RIMOSSA Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Period
We accept eligible returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Engraved items
- Made-to-order products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rimossajewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms your package is lost, please contact us. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at rimossajewelry@gmail.com. We will provide detailed return instructions before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be returned unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
