Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via Shipentegra. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For shipments to the United States, RIMOSSA Jewelry covers all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For shipments to other countries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government charges may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rimossajewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will resolve the matter at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms your package is lost, please contact us at rimossajewelry@gmail.com. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
